Co-op?

Hello,

Just invited recently. (Yesterday)  Perhaps I have not gotten far enough yet, but how does one team up in this game?

 

Warframe suffers from a distinct learning  curve and requires a certain level of patience and concentration.  People get overwhelmed quickly and distracted despite setting goals.  I was curious if there is an actual tutorial aside from the very basic one on start up? (For instance, I randomly activated a glowing eye toad just cause I was trying to figure out what to do to a giant Easter island head/hand thing)

I do quite enjoy the bird, it really helps keep me on track when I see a strange glowing object.
