Have you already considered any form of endgame for soulframe, the slower paced combat and the fact that we are not yet completely overpowered might allow for better balanced endgame activities. Destiny 2s dungeons come to mind as nice endgame activities with interesting encounters like puzzles and boss fights

Is there a timeline or target release period for releasing coop and online-expanding features such as Clans, Dojo's, Raids, and more? It would be interesting to see Souls-like features such as world-meshing between players, even if just as ghosts or other cosmetic systems.

 Will there be customization for Pacts? And are the material requirements for crafting each set final? Also please let us sell our fragments. 😀

Thoroughly enjoying wandering around Soulframe's world at the moment.

- Some scoping of the maps would be insightful, as others have mentioned, biomes, seasons and the different ways the effluent taint affects those biomes.
- Early sharing of concept art that you feel is going to make the cut - some may feel it is hype, but I personally enjoy the art differently and enjoy extrapolating ideas, even if they're too big/weird
- Plans for user input - diverse cosmetics are a large part of games, but I feel a tighter theme would benefit here - at least in the initial world!
- A slightly expanded slice of things to do, other than patrolmurder (what is it with that sparrow and murder?)
- It's easy to see the console/controller leanings at this stage, and whilst more appropriate because we are heavily grounded (literally) on a single plane, it is a shame to see the Y axis go to waste :)
- I was trying to avoid mentioning...the other game, but "the void" is creative license for almost endless variety, rather than purely "bosses" and "endgame" which is the staple of Souls-likes. The polluting affectation does give us similar, so I'm hoping for tainted sinecure soon :)

I do hope this gives me something interesting to play with good longevity, but we know in this day of instant gratification, it is a tall order to keep people's eyeballs. I'm not worried about the creative input though.

What is the current state of Preludes, do you have definitions that can be referenced for Pre-Alpha/Preludes, Alpha, Beta, etc. similar to Warframe's Lexicon for Updates & Patch notes and is there a rough roadmap for Soulframe's development?

Will the economy be managed like in Warframe and players will be able to sell certain things with the in-game store currency?

Do you have any plans for implementing player housing? If so, can you elaborate in any way to what extent we might be able to customize it?

Hello Soulframe Team,

 

My question is about the progression system for Soulframe.
What is your vision on how this part will work ?

Right now progression is tied to randomly finding quests in the world, there isn't a red string tying it all together.
This can make playing Soulframe a bit frustrating as I can spend an hour running around fighting enemies and not feeling like I made any progress at all.

I have not played any preludes yet, but I remember from tennocon that when you die you get to return to your body through the bird.

My question is if there will be more opportunities to take control of the bird or other animals apart from reviving.

  1. Will the game's accessibility settings be as comprehensive as Warframe?
    for example, changing the HUD and interface color.
  2. Will there be improvment options for disabled or minority groups (e.g. me)?
  3. Will I be able to invite my friend to Orbiter? It's a feature I've been waiting for years.
     

          I've been returning to Warframe from time to time since its release, and I've admired the meticulous work you've done on the game over the years, and I know the same loving work will be done on this game as well.

When will we be getting a more in depth character creator, and is it planned to be more or less in depth than Warframe's customization?

[DE]Sarah pls pls make a Schedule on Twitch. We have same problem for years in Warframe it takes 30 secundes to make one and its HUGE missed oportunity for getting more ppl aware of stream and game.

Nobody spends all their time on twitch people multitask and or have real life stuff to do and getting notification ( on phone) is a HUGE difference you guys know what I mean when you are in an office same goes for people at home (just think  during corona remote work how much notifications helped you with job)

All serious games with huge communitys have it weeks before STREAM.

It would bring us more players and viewers  [CEO]Steve make this MUST have for Warframe also its a free marketing. Adding it just before the stream is on defeats its purpose.

Everybody is on phones nowdays and its better to note things than ''remember the date"

Future talk… my pc is garbage, I can play the game but it is super slow at times, especially loading in.  1. Can we load the game into the nighthold to reduce the initial load similar to logging into your orbiter in warframe?   And super future talk… when you move from preludes to “betaludes” can you put it on console? I’d prefer it on console cause again my of is garbage… but it plays warframe fine… so idk what’s different.

Will the auto-login that came to Warframe be implemented any time in the near future? I'm playing preludes on a steam deck, and logging in is always the biggest challenge.

So Im slightly confused as to the execution that was decided upon with the invites that are sent out. 

Why give 1 person 4 extra invite codes when could send those out to 4 other people who have also been waiting for the Preludes??

The fact that its a lottery is already a bummer, but now people get to have excess codes when they may not game with others, their friends may already have access to Preludes. I don't know, it just doesn't seem very fair. 

Thank you for letting me rant a little, still SUPER excited for the game, not even bummed about the delay, just super bummed and upset about the distribution of the invites.
